1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sahkeun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sahkeun is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for professional wedding organizers to manage their business operations.

2. Subscription & Payments

  • Plans: Usage is restricted based on your chosen subscription tier (e.g., Trial, Pro).
  • Billing: Fees are handled via secure third-party payment gateways. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Quota: Usage quotas (e.g., number of active events or invitations) are strictly enforced per tenant.

3. Service Usage & Automation

Sahkeun provides "WA-First" automation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp automation complies with third-party service terms. Abusive messaging or spamming via the platform may result in immediate account suspension.

4. White-Label Branding

The white-label client portal allows you to present Sahkeun under your own brand identity. However, you may not remove or obscure "Powered by Sahkeun" branding where explicitly required by your subscription level.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sahkeun is provided "as is." We are not liable for operational failures, data loss due to third-party integration issues (e.g., WhatsApp API changes), or financial discrepancies in your event management.

Agreement

Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these terms. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
